I’ve built, scaled and exited technology businesses, guiding leadership teams through complexity, growth and strategic ambiguity. Over 20+ years as a founder and CEO, I honed the ability to simplify complexity, make high-stakes decisions with clarity, and help people lead with confidence. Today I bring that real-world experience into my coaching work with founders and senior leaders.
Why I Coach…
I became a coach because I saw a pattern: talented founders and senior leaders were stuck between success and clarity. They had built something meaningful, but the next stage felt heavier, less certain, and more ambiguous than they expected. I coach because I know that with the right partner to think with — someone who’s been in the trenches — the path forward becomes clearer, more manageable and more energising.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a dad to two teenage boys, and I’m familiar with the juggling act of leadership, focus and energy that life and work demand. This helps me bring empathy and real human understanding into my coaching.
